The Pentax K1000 is a straightforward manual-exposure 35mm camera with a mechanical shutter. The camera can be operated without a battery; battery power is used only for the built-in light meter.
Its Pentax K lens mount accepts a broad selection of manual-focus Pentax K-mount lenses. The included 50mm f/2 provides a normal field of view suitable for general photography, portraits and learning manual exposure.
This example is in EXCELLENT+ cosmetic condition. It has been serviced and fitted with new light seals. A battery, lens cap and strap are included.
