Returns Within 7 Days

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 7 days of the date you receive it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note the following conditions apply:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
Returned items must include all original accessories and packaging (if applicable).

Warranty Issues After 7 Days

If more than 7 days have passed since you received your item and there is a concern about how the equipment is functioning, please refer to our Used Product Warranty page and contact us first.

In many cases issues can be resolved without returning the item, such as installing fresh batteries, adjusting settings, or clarifying proper operation.

If there is a genuine warranty issue and a return is required, we will repair the item, replace it with an identical working model if available, or refund the purchase price.

The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and item availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to us. If an item is repaired or replaced under warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping it back to you.
