The Zorki-4 is one of the best-known Soviet Leica-inspired rangefinder cameras, built by KMZ (Krasnogorsk Mechanical Factory) near Moscow. Using the Leica M39 screw mount, the Zorki-4 offers fully mechanical operation, cloth focal-plane shutter construction, and compatibility with a wide range of classic Soviet and Leica-thread lenses.
This 1966 example features the later and more desirable single-dial shutter speed layout with speeds from 1 second to 1/1000 second, along with a combined rangefinder/viewfinder window, removable back for easier film loading, flash synchronization, self-timer, and accessory shoe.
What makes this outfit particularly special is the inclusion of three highly regarded Soviet lenses and the matching KMZ turret finder, creating a complete and versatile classic rangefinder system ready for both collection and practical use.

Turret finder shows moderate cosmetic wear and some paint loss/discoloration — Very Good condition.
Shop Notes
This is an unusually complete Soviet rangefinder outfit with three desirable lenses, matching KMZ accessories, and the often-missing original take-up spool. Sets like this are becoming increasingly difficult to find in Canada, especially in this overall condition.
As with all Zorki cameras, always advance and cock the shutter before changing shutter speeds to avoid damaging the mechanism.
