The Sony Alpha A7R II is a full-frame mirrorless camera featuring a 42.4-megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor, 5-axis in-body image stabilization, and Sony's FE lens mount. Introduced in 2015, it was the first full-frame camera to combine a back-illuminated sensor with internal stabilization and internal 4K video recording.
