Detailed Description
The Sony a6000 combines a 24.3-megapixel APS-C sensor with an electronic viewfinder and a tilting rear screen. It offers Program, aperture-priority, shutter-priority and manual exposure modes, with RAW and JPEG recording.
The included 16–50mm lens covers wide-angle through short-telephoto fields of view. Its motorized zoom operates through a W/T lever or the lens ring when autofocus is selected. The barrel extends when the camera is switched on and retracts when switched off.
Optical SteadyShot provides stabilization in the lens. The camera accepts other Sony E-mount lenses, allowing the kit to be expanded with different focal lengths.
