Detailed Description

The Pentax 6×7 produces ten 6×7cm images on a roll of 120 film, providing a substantially larger negative than 35mm while retaining the familiar controls and eye-level viewing of a single-lens reflex camera.

This is the earlier Pentax 6×7 version without the later mirror lock-up feature. It remains compatible with the extensive range of Pentax 6×7 and Pentax 67 system lenses.

The included 55mm f/3.5 is a wide-angle lens providing an angle of view roughly comparable to a 28mm lens on a 35mm camera. It is well suited to landscapes, architecture, interiors and environmental photography.

The camera is fitted with a non-metered prism. Exposure must be determined using an external light meter, a handheld meter application or a manual exposure guide.
