Detailed Description
Introduced in 2018, the Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS II USM is the second-generation image-stabilized version of Canon's professional f/4 telephoto zoom.
The optical design consists of 20 elements in 15 groups and incorporates one fluorite and two UD elements to control chromatic aberration. The lens maintains its constant f/4 maximum aperture throughout the 70–200mm zoom range.
Canon's optical Image Stabilizer provides up to five stops of stabilization and offers three IS modes. Ring-type USM provides fast and quiet autofocus, with full-time manual focus override available without switching out of autofocus mode.
Close-focusing performance is improved over the previous version, with a minimum focusing distance of 1.0 metre and maximum magnification of 0.27×.
At approximately 780g, the EF 70-200mm f/4L IS II USM provides a relatively compact and lightweight alternative to Canon's f/2.8 70-200mm lenses while retaining professional L-Series construction and optics.
This example is in Mint condition and includes the original Canon box, Canon ET-78B lens hood, front and rear caps, and a B+W 72mm F-Pro 007 Neutral MRC protective filter made in Germany.
