The Leicaflex SL2 film camera is considered by some to be the best mechanical Leica ever built. The camera is fully functional. Batteries are required only for the camera light meter, and for the light to illuminate the meter readings. The camera used the no longer available PX625 battery.  The 625A battery fits but you will need to adjust for the difference in voltage. Usually one to two stops lower than recorded.
