This rare vintage film camera was manufactured between 1889 and 1897 and takes a 5x4 picture on a 40 or 100 frame darkroom loaded roll film. Only 4,850 cameras of this model were made. The Bausch and Lomb Universal Lens appears to be clear with some dust. The string set Sector shutter is sticky. This camera expected wear for a camera at least 127 years old. Please see the pictures.

Operating Condition: The lens has dust. There is no haze, no fungus, or cleaning marks. Shutter is not working. No film available for this camera.
Cosmetic Condition: Cracks and missing pieces on the leather. Someone has colored some of the missing areas in black.
